A Little Mad Stay is a two-story cottage designed to be the perfect retreat for hikers and explorers with everything right at your doorstep. The ground floor serves as the social hub with a kitchen, dining and living area, while the upper level is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

LIVING AND ENTERTAINING
The main level features an intimate living area designed for relaxation after a long day on the trails with a comfortable plush sofa and inviting armchairs ideal for curling up with a good book.

Keep entertained with a smart TV equipped with Apple TV, perfect for a movie night in or to binge your favorite series.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The full kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and a fully stocked coffee bar.

A dining table with seating for four is situated near the heart of the kitchen, creating a social space for morning coffee or a place to catch up over dinner. Easily stock up with supplies from Hannaford supermarket, a short walk or a two-minute drive away, making it easy to utilize the full functionality of the cooking space.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM
Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor, accessible via a set of interior stairs. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen size memory foam mattress and high-quality white linens to ensure premium sleep quality.

The full bathroom is centrally located on the upper level between the bedrooms and is stocked with soft, high quality terry towels and essential toiletries. This vertical separation between the living and sleeping areas provides added privacy for small families or couples traveling together.

AMENITIES AND CLIMATE CONTROL
Your comfort is prioritized with modern mini split systems located in every room, providing both cooling and heating at the touch of a button. For the convenience of our guests, a washer and dryer are located within the cottage. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected whether you are planning your next adventure or working remotely.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Guests can enjoy two distinct outdoor areas during their stay. The lower entrance deck offers a private spot with seating to enjoy the morning air, while the upper balcony provides a quiet vantage point.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
