The heart of the home is an open-concept living and kitchen area designed for both relaxation and high-end cooking. This space is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning. The kitchen is a standout, featuring waterfall countertops, a filtered water faucet, and a professional-grade appliance suite including a Wolf induction cooktop (specific magnetic cookware provided), Wolf in-wall oven, and a whisper-quiet Miele dishwasher. The kitchen island provides comfortable seating for four.

The Primary Suite
Experience total tranquility in the primary bedroom. This room features a King bed, dedicated air conditioning, and remote-controlled blackout blinds (located on the wall to the left as you enter). The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a multi-head shower system, including a luxury waterfall showerhead.

Additional Guest Rooms
Second Bedroom: A versatile room featuring one Queen bed and one Twin bed.
Third Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room contains a bunk bed (Double on the bottom, Twin on top) and an additional Twin bed. Guest rooms do not offer air conditioning, though high powered fans are provided for these spaces.

Modern Conveniences
With three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for all nine guests to get ready for a day in the park. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

We provide a starter set of essentials to make your arrival easy, including coffee, tea, creamers, paper towels, linens, towels, toilet paper, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all three bathrooms, and even umbrellas.

Parking in Bar Harbor: A dedicated parking pass is provided for one vehicle in a private lot located 0.15 miles (a 3-minute walk) from the apartment. This is a significant advantage in downtown Bar Harbor, where street parking is strictly regulated, expensive, and often difficult to find.

Loading/Unloading: We recommend dropping your luggage at the Access Alley entrance before proceeding to the designated parking lot.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
